These wires are suitable for use with a range of roll out icings including fondant, gum paste, marzipan, modelling chocolate and more. They're ideal for creating amazing starburst cakes and other dazzling effects. There are 25 food grade plastic wires included in a pack, each of which is 7 inches long. Simply insert the wires into your decorations while still soft and let them dry completely.
