PME Stainless Steel Rolling Pin 15cm

This Stainless Steel Rolling Pin from PME is perfect for use with sugar paste, rolled fondant, gum paste, marzipan, dough and much more, especially when working with small quantities.
To prevent the paste from sticking to either the work surface of the rolling pin, it is always advisable to use the appropriate dusting power i.e. icing sugar, cornflour, or flour.
This type of rolling pin is ideal for those small and intricate pieces that add the finishing touched to cakes and confectionary.
They are particularly useful where it is necessary to roll out pastes to a fine thickness, for example when producing frills and ruffles to adorn the sides of celebration cakes.
