How to Use

  1. Clean the Mould
    Wash gently with warm water and mild soap before first use; dry thoroughly.

  2. Prepare the Chocolate
    Melt and temper your chocolate for best results. Properly tempered chocolate gives a glossy finish and clean release.

  3. Fill the Mould
    Pour the tempered chocolate into the rigid base up to the fill line.

  4. Insert the Flexible Piece
    Place the flexible insert into the base, ensuring it is seated properly.

  5. Add the Rigid Top
    Press the rigid top onto the insert, aligning it securely.

  6. Freeze Briefly
    Place the mould in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate.

  7. Demould Carefully
    Once the chocolate is set, gently separate the mould pieces and remove the mermaid tail-shaped chocolate.

  8. Clean and Store
    Hand wash only; avoid dishwasher. Store in a cool, dry place.
