How to Use

Clean the Mould
Wash gently with warm water and mild soap before first use; dry thoroughly. -
Prepare the Chocolate
Melt and temper your chocolate for best results. Properly tempered chocolate gives a glossy finish and clean release. -
Fill the Mould
Pour the tempered chocolate into the rigid base up to the fill line. -
Insert the Flexible Piece
Place the flexible insert into the base, ensuring it is seated properly. -
Add the Rigid Top
Press the rigid top onto the insert, aligning it securely. -
Freeze Briefly
Place the mould in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate. -
Demould Carefully
