Plastic fondant cutter 105 x 115mm / 4-1/8 x 4-1/2 inch, with printed guide. Note about these measurements: The 105 and 115mm are measured along the cutter--the unfolded envelope shape--not the folded fondant envelope. 105mm spans the point of a side flap to the point of the scalloped top flap. 115mm runs from the point of a side flap to the end of the bottom flap. Folded-envelope measurements--taken from the cutter rather than the edible envelope: As seen in the food-product photo, the envelope's side and bottom flaps are folded to fit in the envelope's rectangle body, which measures 50 x 81mm / 2 x 3-3/16 inch. With that top flap open, the measurement from its tip to the bottom of the envelope is 96mm / 3-3/4 inch.
