Shipping Options

Orders are dispatched via NZ Couriers track & trace service.
Waiheke Island orders are dispatched via NZ Post ( Allow an extra day for delivery ).

Dispatch Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 12pm Monday will be packed and dispatched that day
Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday - Friday ( Excluding public holidays ) will be dispatched the same day unless they contain a custom edible Image then it may add an extra day to dispatch times.

Please Note: We do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on these days will be packed and dispatch on the Monday
 

Delivery Times
Once our parcels are collected by our couriers we have no control over them. Ultimately we would love to have them to you the next day but sometimes circumstances out of our control may delay this. So because of this we unfortunately cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered overnight or within a set timeframe. We do recommend that our customers order in advance to avoid disappointment in case an order takes longer than expected to be delivered.
If your urban address order has taken longer than 4 working days after the dispatch date to be delivered or 6 days for Rural, Please contact us on sales@kitchendomain.co.nz and we will look into it for you.

South Island Shipping
Orders are shipped to the south island on Post Haste minimum 2 working day courier service.

Rural Shipping

Orders sent to rural addresses are sent by Post Haste But delivered via New Zealand Post rural service.
which can take several Days extra.

Please note Post Haste's rural zones differ from standard postal rural zones.
